Đề tài Đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách hàng về chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn Ninh Kiều 2 thành phố Cần Thơ

nghiệp thì khi đó doanh nghiệp mới có thể không ngừng nâng cao quản lý, cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ nhằm đảm bảo cung cấp cho khách hàng những dịch vụ có chất lượng tốt nhất, không ngừng đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách bởi chất lượng tốt luôn là một vấn đề sống còn đối với các doanh nghiệp khách sạn, là một lợi thế cạnh tranh trên thị trường cạnh tranh ngày càng gay gắt. Điều này là do việc nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ sẽ tạo ra nhiều lợi ích cho doanh nghiệp khách sạn như: - Giảm thiểu các chi phí marketing, chi phí quảng cáo tức là làm giảm giá thành của sản phẩm cho khách sạn. - Tăng thị phần và duy trì tốc độ tăng trưởng cao về chỉ tiêu khách của khách sạn sẽ làm tăng doanh thu cho khách sạn. - Tăng khách hàng chung thủy cho khách sạn chính là biện pháp nhằm khuếch trương uy tín cho thương hiệu của khách sạn. Cả ba vấn đề trên đều dẫn đến kết quả là làm tăng lợi nhuận cho doanh nghiệp khách sạn. Chính vì sự cần thiết đó, đề tài “Đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách hàng về chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn Ninh Kiều 2 – Thành phố Cần Thơ” ra đời nhằm giúp khách sạn hiểu rõ hơn về sự cảm nhận của khách hàng đối với chất lượng dịch vụ của khách sạn để từ đó khách sạn có thể không ngừng nâng cao quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ nhằm thỏa mãn ở mức cao nhất những nhu cầu của khách hàng. 1.1.2 Căn cứ khoa học và thực tiễn: Chất lượng và quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm dù chưa thật sự trở thành sự quan tâm hàng đầu của nhiều doanh nghiệp khách sạn tại Việt Nam, song thực
