Luận án Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến việc lựa chọn dịch vụ ngân hàng trực tuyến của khách hàng cá nhân: Nghiên cứu tại các ngân hàng thương mại

Sự phát triển của NHTT phụ thuộc vào rất nhiều yếu tố: Môi trường kinh tế; môi trường pháp lý; trình độ phát triển kinh tế; trình độ phát triển của các doanh nghiệp và của KHCN, có ý nghĩa quyết định rất lớn đến sự phát triển của NHTT. Xu thế phát triển NHTT là tất yếu, và quan điểm đi tắt, đón đầu trong phát triển công nghệ cần được xem xét kỹ lưỡng xong cần thận trọng, đảm bảo sự phát triển phù hợp vơi từng giai đoạn phát triển của nền kinh tế đất nước, đảm bảo sự phát triển an toàn, bền vững và hiệu quả. Trong điều kiện hiện nay, để phát triển NHĐT, ngoài việc các TCTD tiếp tục hoàn thiện và phát triển các hoạt động dịch vụ ngân hàng truyền thống là cơ sở đảm bảo cho TCTD phát triển đạt trình độ nhất định, tạo tiền đề để phát triển các hoạt động dịch vụ NHTT còn đòi hỏi phải có sự đầu tư, quan tâm đúng đắn của các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước. Nhìn chung, trong thời gian tới Nhà nước cần thực hiện đồng bộ các hàm ý sau: Thứ nhất, xây dựng chiến lược phát triển dịch vụ cho hoạt động của ngành ngân hàng, tạo căn cứ để các ngân hàng xây dựng chiến lược hoạt động sản phẩm dịch vụ nói chung và dịch vụ NHTT nói riêng. Nghiên cứu xây dựng định hướng chiến lược phát triển công nghệ, đảm bảo kết nối chính xác và an toàn, tiện lợi và hiệu quả công nghệ. Thứ hai, phát triển hạ tầng công nghệ: Việc mở rộng và phát triển dịch vụ thanh toán không dùng tiền mặt trước tiên là nhiệm vụ của ngành ngân hàng nhưng nếu chỉ riêng ngành ngân hàng thì không thể đạt được mục tiêu này, bởi các tiêu chuẩn về công nghệ thanh toán cà viễn thông, phát triển mạng máy tính toàn cầu Internet cũng như các tiêu chuẩn đảm bảo an toàn cho giao dịch điện tử có thể coi129 là những điều kiện quan trọng cho sự thành công và phát triển lâu dài của các dịch vụ ngân hàng hiện đại. Do vậy, Nhà nước cần có kế hoạch phát triển hạ tầng công nghệ tạo nền tảng cho hệ thống các NHTM thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các dịch vụ NHTT hiện đại
