Trên cơ sở mối quan hệ gần gũi giữa các loài thể hiện trên cây phả hệ
(Hình 4.16), các chỉ số tương đồng định danh vi khuẩn (Bảng 4.10), phân loại
và xếp lớp vi khuẩn dựa trên Bergey’s Manual of determinative Bacteriology,
2nd edition (New York: Springer) (Garrity, 2005) cho thấy:
Lớp 1 thể hiện sự phong phú loài nhiều nhất bao gồm 15 dòng vi khuẩn
có quan hệ gần gũi với các vi khuẩn nằm trong họ Bacillaceae. Các dòng
AGH005L, DTH006L, DTH004L, STH008L, KGH007L có trình tự gen 16S
rRNA gần với trình tự gen 16S rRNA của Bacillus aryabhattai với mức độ
tương đồng 99%; dòng VLH002L có độ tương đồng với Bacillus barbaricus
99%; 2 dòng TGH003L và TVH003L gần gũi với Bacillus cereus với sự tương
đồng 99%; có 3 dòng có sự tương đồng với Bacillus megaterium, trong đó 2
dòng tương đồng 99% là BTH014L và CMH002L, 1 dòng tương đồng 97% là
KGH008L; 3 dòng tương đồng với Bacillus sp. là BLH002L (99%), LAH003L
(98%) và TGH021L (98%); dòng còn lại VLH013L được xác định là Bacillus
subtilis có độ tương đồng là 98%.
