Luận án Nghiên cứu bổ sung một số đặc điểm sinh học và biện pháp kỹ thuật nhân giống, trồng bương mốc (Dendrocalamus velutinus N. -H. Xia, V.T.Nguyen & V.D.Vu) tại Hà Nội
+ Bương mốc là loài tre có nhu cầu nước tương đối cao. Lượng nước tưới đã
có ảnh hưởng đến sinh trưởng đường kính gốc và chiều cao vút ngọn ngay trong năm
đầu và ảnh hưởng đến hệ số sinh măng từ năm thứ 2 trở đi, công thức tưới nước 2
ngày 1 lần, mỗi lần 15-20 lít/bụi cho sinh trưởng và năng suất măng đạt cao nhất.
+ Vật liệu che tủ gốc có ảnh hưởng đến sinh trưởng Bương mốc. Từ năm 1 đến
năm 5, sử dụng vật liệu che tủ gốc bằng trấu cho sinh trưởng và hệ số sinh măng cao
nhất, từ năm 3 đến năm 5 công thức che tủ gốc bằng trấu cho năng suất măng cao nhất.
+ Bương mốc là loài cây có nhu cầu phân bón cao, từ năm 1 đến năm thứ 5 thí
nghiệm, công thức bón 20 kg phân hữu cơ ủ hoai + 0,7kg phân NPK/bụi/năm cho
sinh trưởng, hệ số sinh măng đạt cao nhất, từ năm thứ 3 đến năm thứ 5 công thức bón
20 kg phân hữu cơ ủ hoai + 0,7kg phân NPK/bụi/năm cho hệ số sinh măng, khối khối
lượng măng và năng suất măng đạt cao nhất.
+ Số lượng cây mẹ để lại hàng năm có ảnh hưởng rõ rệt đến khả năng sinh măng
và năng suất măng. Để lại 3 cây mẹ/bụi là thích hợp nhất trong canh tác Bương mốc
lấy măng kết hợp lấy thân, để lại 4 cây mẹ/bụi khi cần thâm canh ở mức độ cao hơn.
+ Sử dụng kỹ thuật lấp đất lên măng khi măng mới nhú lên khỏi mặt đất có tác
dụng làm tăng năng suất măng. Lấp đất lên măng trong 9 ngày mới khai thác là tốt
nhất và cho tỷ lệ hao hụt 19,2%, năng suất măng cao hơn so với lấp đất trong 8 ngày
và để tự nhiên trong 8 ngày, không nên lấp đất trong 10 - 11 ngày vì măng bị già.
