Luận án Nghiên cứu hành vi mua sắm tại các cửa hàng tiện lợi của người tiêu dùng Việt Nam
Nghiên cứu HVMS của NTD Việt nam có ý nghĩa cực kỳ quan trọng đối với các
nhà bán lẻ nói chung và các CHTL đang hoạt động tại Việt Nam nói riêng. Quá trình hội
nhập và phát triển, nên kinh tế Việt Nam theo đó cũng không nằm ngoài xu hướng chung
của toàn thế giới. Sự đổ bộ của các nhà bán lẻ nước ngoài cũng như sự vươn lên mạnh mẽ
của các đơn vị bán lẻ trong nước, đã tạo ra một môi trường kinh doanh rất hấp dẫn tại Việt
Nam, nhưng cũng rất cạnh tranh, chật trội, không có chỗ cho "những tay mơ".
Các doanh nghiệp bán lẻ kinh doanh theo mô hình CHTL tại Việt Nam được mở
ra ngày qua ngày với tốc độ tăng trưởng chóng mặt. Ý thức được sự khó khăn trong việc
cạnh tranh, các doanh nghiệp đều cố gắng tìm hiểu tâm lý, mẫu HVMS của NTD Việt
Nam. Để từ đó tạo lợi thế cạnh tranh cho chính doanh nghiệp mình bằng việc cung cấp
những sản phẩm, dịch vụ đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu và mong muốn của NTD Việt Nam. Vì
lẽ đó, nghiên cứu phân tích về mẫu HVMS tại CHTL của NTD Việt Nam rất có ý nghĩa
về mặt thực tiễn và khoa học.
Luận án đã thực hiện được một số nội dung sau đây: (1) Xây dựng được mô hình và
khung phân tích chi tiết các mẫu HVMS tại CHTL của NTD Việt Nam; (2) Phát triển và
giới thiệu các thang đo lường; Ứng dụng mô hình ước lượng MLR, phân tích MANOVA 1
chiều về các thuộc tính hành vi mua, biến thể hành vi sau mua của các mẫu HVMS tại CHTL
của NTD Việt Nam; (3) Phân tích tổng hợp các phát hiện về các mẫu HVMS tại CHTL của
NTD Việt Nam theo các mô hình đã giới thiệu; (4) Gợi ý các khuyến nghị, giải pháp nhằm
nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh bán lẻ tại CHTL dành cho các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam dựa
trên các phát hiện về đặc điểm nhân khẩu và các mẫu HVMS tại CHTL của NTD Việt Nam.
Tóm lại, Những khái quát đặc điểm nhân khẩu và mẫu HVMS tại CHTL của NTD
Việt Nam được trình bày trong luận án này là công trình khoa học được thực hiện rất bài
bản và công phu. Tác giả hy vong rằng các kết quả nghiên cứu cũng như những khuyến
nghị, đề xuất, giải pháp của tác giả có thể là nguồn tài liệu tham khảo quan trọng cho các
nghiên cứu trong tương lai, cũng như là cơ sở khoa học giải thích cho các quyết định
kinh doanh thực tiễn của các doanh nghiệp bán lẻ, các CHTL tại Việt Nam.
