Luận án Nghiên cứu một số đáp ứng sinh lý, hóa sinh liên quan đến phản ứng tự bảo vệ của cây đậu tương nam đàn (glycine max (l.) merr.) đối với rệp muội đen (aphis craccivora koch)

PAL, enzyme đầu tiên trong con đường sinh tổng hợp SA, được cảm ứng mạnh mẽ trong lá đậu tương sau khi nhiễm rệp muội đen. Mối quan hệ giữa hoạt động PAL và hàm lượng SA được ghi nhận trong các lá bị nhiễm rệp chỉ ra rằng cảm ứng PAL có liên quan chặt chẽ với sự tích tụ SA trong con đường tín hiệu SA gây ra khi rệp phá hoại. Các kết quả tương tự trước đây cũng được tìm thấy trên các cây trồng khác sau sự tấn công của rệp [4], [9], [14]. Sự gia tăng hoạt động PAL có liên quan chặt chẽ đến quá trình sinh tổng hợp SA, flavonoid và các chất chống oxy hóa khác. Những hợp chất có đặc tính ngăn chặn, độc hại và kháng dinh dưỡng là một trong những chất xua đuổi rệp có thể ngăn cản rệp xâm nhập hoặc định cư trên cây ký chủ. Enzyme BA2H, có chức năng sinh hóa chính là xúc tác quá trình chuyển đổi axit benzoic thành SA, có liên quan đến tín hiệu SA của thực vật. Các nghiên cứu ban đầu chủ yếu báo cáo chức năng của BA2H trong việc bảo vệ thực vật chống lại mầm bệnh [5], [13]. Thông tin hạn chế đề cập đến sự tham gia của BA2H trong phản ứng của thực vật đối với côn trùng ăn lá. Các nghiên cứu trước đây cho thấy rằng có sự tích tụ của BA2H trong cây con Pisum sativum sau khi rệp đậu phá hoại [6]. Tương tự, nghiên cứu của chúng tôi xác nhận rằng A. craccivora gây ra sự tăng cường hoạt động của BA2H trong cây đậu tương Nam Đàn ở các giai đoạn sinh trưởng sinh sản. Hơn nữa, sự thay đổi cảm ứng trong hoạt động của BA2H có tương quan chặt chẽ với sự thay đổi mức độ SA). Do đó, chúng tôi đề xuất rằng enzyme BA2H có thể tham gia vào cơ chế bảo vệ tín hiệu liên quan đến SA của cây đậu tương Nam Đàn.
