Luận án Tác động của công bố Báo cáo trách nhiệm xã hội đến hiệu quả tài chính của các doanh nghiệp niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam

Dựa trên những hạn chế của đề tài, các nghiên cứu trong tương lai có thể khắc phục các khoảng trống trong nghiên cứu như sau: Thứ nhất, mở rộng đối tượng nghiên cứu trong việc trình bày và thực hiện công bố Báo cáo Trách nhiệm xã hội đặc biệt là đối với các DN tại khu chế xuất, khu công nghiệp. Đây là những đối tượng mà tác động của hoạt động sản xuất ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến môi trường tại địa phương nơi DN hoạt động trong khi việc quản lý và yêu cầu về trình bày và công bố Báo cáo Trách nhiệm xã hội của DN còn bị hạn chế và chưa được đề cập đến. Thứ hai, nghiên cứu bị giới hạn về thước đo hiệu quả tài chính cũng như các biến kiểm soát khác. Do đó các nghiên cứu trong tương lai có thể mở rộng phạm vi nghiên cứu thông qua các nhân tố ảnh hưởng như danh tiếng công ty, sự đa dạng trong HĐQT, mức độ tác động của Ban Giám đốc, tổ chức bộ máy và các vấn đề chính sách kế toán trong công ty.
