Luận án Tự tạo việc làm của lao động nông thôn trên địa bàn tỉnh Nghệ An
Luận án đề cập góc độ lý thuyết các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình tự tạo
việc làm (các yếu tố thuộc về cá nhân, các yếu tố thuộc về gia đình, các yếu tố thuộc
về môi trường). Đây là cách tiếp cận tự tạo việc làm của lao động nông thôn theo
chiều dọc. Với sự phân tích đa chiều luận án đã phân tích rõ các yếu tố tác động đến
quá trình tự tạo việc làm của lao động nông thôn, cung cấp cách nhìn tổng quan về
vấn đề lý thuyết đối với tự tạo việc làm. Xây dựng mô hình các nhóm yếu tố ảnh
hưởng tự tạo việc làm của lao động nông thôn theo ba cấp độ khác nhau (cá nhân,
hộ gia đình, cộng đồng). Cách tiếp cận này có thể xem xét khá đầy đủ các yếu tố
ảnh hưởng đến tự tạo việc làm của lao động nông thôn như: tuổi, giới tính, tình
trạng hôn nhân, trình độ học vấn, trình độ chuyên môn, vốn tài chính của bản thân,
sức khỏe, được đào tạo nghề (yếu tố thuộc về cá nhân); vốn hộ gia đình, nhà xưởng
và đất đai của gia đình, ảnh hưởng những người xung quanh, mối quan hệ của gia
đình với cộng đồng (yếu tố thuộc về hộ gia đình); ảnh hưởng các tổ chức đoàn thể,
hỗ trợ vốn cộng đồng, chính sách của địa phương, khả năng chia sẽ thông tin (yếu tố
thuộc về cộng đồng).
