Luận án Vai trò của nhà nước với hoạt động đầu tư trực tiếp ra nước ngoài của Việt Nam trong thời kỳ hội nhập

Việc đầu tư tại những thị trường khó tính như Nhật Bản hay Mỹ là những điểm sáng đáng khích lệ chứng tỏ sự tự tin và trưởng thành của DNVN. Thị trường các nước đang phát triển tại châu Á, châu Phi và Mỹ Latinh mới thực sự là những điểm đến chiến lược của các DNVN. Theo đó, bên cạnh những quốc gia mà chúng ta đã có mặt và cần tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế, thì những thị trường giàu tiềm năng khác đồng thời lại có quan hệ tốt với Việt Nam như Myanmar, Mông Cổ, các quốc gia Trung Á thuộc Liên Xô cũ, các nước Caribean hay khu vực đói vốn tại Tây và Trung Phi cũng đang rất cần những dòng vốn "Made in Vietnam". (*) Lĩnh vực thương mại, xuất nhập khẩu, dịch vụ các loại, vận tải, xây dựng, khai thác tài nguyên thiên nhiên, trồng câu công – nông nghiệp, đặc biệt là thúc đẩy các doanh nghiệp đã có sản phẩm dịch vụ tốt, mở rộng thị trường sang nước ngoài. các lĩnh vực nhận được sự quan tâm đầu tư ở các nước đang phát triển vẫn chủ yếu là khai khoáng, chế tạo, ngân hàng, dịch vụ khách sạn, dịch vụ bán buôn, bán lẻ. (*) Các hoạt động xúc tiến ĐTTTRNN phải đảm bảo có mục tiêu rõ ràng, cần thiết, có nội dung cụ thể, thiết thực, không phô trương mà đi vào chiều sâu, tác động đến nhiều doanh nghiệp, đáp ứng nhu cầu của NĐT Việt Nam khi thực hiện hoạt động ĐTTTRNN.
