Luận án Vốn tâm lý, thái độ công việc và hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên
Các thái độ công việc gồm sự hài lòng công việc của NV, sự cam kết với TC
của NV và sự căng thẳng công việc của NV không thể hiện vai trò trung gian trong
mối quan hệ tích cực giữa vốn tâm lý của NV và hiệu quả công việc của họ. Chỉ có ý
định nghỉ việc của NV thể hiện đƣợc vai trò trung gian trong mối quan hệ này. Cụ thể,
thông qua ý định nghỉ việc, vốn tâm lý của ngƣời NV có tác động âm đến hiệu quả
công việc của họ. Điều này làm cho tác động tổng hợp của vốn tâm lý đến hiệu quả
công việc của NV thấp hơn so với tác động trực tiếp của vốn tâm lý đến hiệu quả công
việc của họ. Nhƣ vậy, trong quá trình làm việc, khi ngƣời NV tồn tại cùng lúc bốn thái
độ công việc là sự hài lòng công việc, sự cam kết với TC, sự căng thẳng công việc và ý
định nghỉ việc thì ý định nghỉ việc của ngƣời NV sẽ làm giảm sự ảnh hƣởng của vốn
tâm lý đến hiệu quả công việc của ngƣời NV.
