5.2. Đề nghị 1. Ứng dụng quy trình nhân nhanh in vitro cây Đan sâm vào sản xuất cây giống Đan sâm chất lƣợng cao ở các cơ sở sản xuất giống góp phần chủ động nguồn giống dƣợc liệu Đan sâm trong nƣớc. Đồng thời, tiến hành trồng sản xuất thử nghiệm cây Đan sâm có nguồn gốc nuôi cấy mô tại Hà Nội và các tỉnh lân cận. 2. Các dòng rễ tơ Đan sâm là nguồn vật liệu quý phục vụ nghiên cứu khoa học và sản xuất hợp chất thứ cấp. Cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu sâu hơn cơ chế phân tử liên quan đến sự tích lũy hoạt chất mục tiêu, từ đó có phƣơng thức tác động để nâng cao hoạt chất mục tiêu hiệu quả. Đồng thời, thiết lập quá trình nhân nuôi sinh khối rễ Đan sâm ở quy mô lớn nhằm sản xuất các hợp chất thứ cấp từ rễ Đan sâm phục vụ nền công nghiệp dƣợc liệu Việt Nam.
