Các vị trí cắt khác nhau từ phiến lá và thân khí sinh cây sâm Việt Nam in vitro không có khác biệt về sự đáp ứng tạo mô sẹo sau 56 ngày nuôi cấy. − Phôi soma phát sinh trực tiếp từ phiến lá hoặc thân khí sinh của cây sâm Việt Nam in vitro sau 12 tuần nuôi cấy trên môi trường MS1/2 có bổ sung ban đầu 2 mg l-1 IBA và 0,2 mg l-1 Kin, sau đó được chuyển sang môi trường có 0,1 mg l-1 IBA ở ngày thứ 43 và tiếp tục chuyển sang môi trường MS1/2 không có CĐHSTTV. Không quan sát thấy sự phát sinh phôi soma gián tiếp thông qua mô sẹo
