Nghiên cứu mô hình năng lực cạnh tranh động của công ty TNHH Siemens Việt Nam

Trở thành thành viên thứ 150 của Tổ chức thương mại thế giới (WTO), Việt Nam đang là điểm đến của các nhà đầu tưtrên thế giới, việc xuất hiện ngày càng nhiều đối thủ cạnh tranh trong lĩnh vực cung cấp sản phẩm công nghiệp là tất yếu, đây là một thách thức cho Siemens Việt Nam. Do đó để thích ứng với môi trường kinh doanh luôn biến đổi và phát triển trong tương lai đòi hỏi doanh nghiệp phải không ngừng nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của mình, bắt đầu bằng việc sửdụng và khai thác các nguồn lực của mình một cách hiệu quả nhất. Đặc biệt đối với một thương hiệu có mặt trên thế giới hơn 160 năm như Siemens, bên cạnh nguồn lực hữu hình, nguồn lực vô hình là một thế mạnh vững chắc sẽ hỗ trợ tích cực cho kết quả kinh doanh vượt trội trong tương lai. Các nguồn lực vô hình mà luận văn nghiên cứu và phân tích là năng lực đáp ứng khách hàng, định hướng kinh doanh, năng lực tổchức dịch vụ, định hướng trong cạnh tranh và năng lực tiếp cận khách hàng đã chứng minh sức ảnh hưởng đến năng lực cạnh tranh động của doanh nghiệp trên thị trường Việt Nam.
