Leader is the head of firm. They have the important role in the development of firm.

Qualities of a leader are the characteristics that build leadership style of a personal leader

1. Understanding of the bussiness
2. Having a willingness to amit a mistake
3. Having the ability to listen
Leadership qualities haven’t to be born. They must be trained through the process of collective work, honesty and fairness.
II. WHY DOES A LEADER NEED TO HAVE QUALITY?
Leader needs to have quality because they are a person who is stepping out of their boundary. And they met with a lot of difficulties to be in the position of Leader
To be a leader is to be endowed with bravery, compassion and nobility. That’s why in a company with hundreds staff, just have a director, and in the economies corporation with thousands, some thousands staff, just have one corporate nett master, one chief executive officer, some director.
