Chi tiêu công, quản trị công và tăng trưởng kinh tế tại các quốc gia đang phát triển

Luận án tập trung giải quyết hai mục tiêu nghiên cứu, kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa chi tiêu công đến tăng trưởng kinh tế tại các quốc gia đang phát triển 1998-2016 và kiểm định vai trò của quản trị công trong mối quan hệ giữa hai yếu tố này. Trước khi thực hiện phân tích thực nghiệm, luận án lược khảo lý thuyết và xây dựng khung phân tích làm cơ sở cho các kiểm định thực nghiệm. Về mối quan hệ giữa chi tiêu công và tăng trưởng kinh tế, điểm thú vị của luận án là kết hợp phân tích vai trò của ràng buộc ngân sách, nợ công và các thành phần chi tiêu công trong mối quan hệ giữa chi tiêu công và tăng trưởng. Bên cạnh đó, khám phá tác động phi tuyến của chi tiêu công sản xuất, phân tích tác động của cuộc khủng hoảng kinh tế năm 2008 cũng như sự tương tác giữa các thành phần chi tiêu công với đầu tư tư nhân cũng là điểm đặc biệt của luận án.
