Các chương trình, “Chào xuân hái lộc vàng”, hay “Tiết kiệm tri ân”.thu hút
được rất nhiều khách hàng tham gia, cả những khách hàng mới lẫn khách hàng truyền
thống. Có thể thấy đây là một công cụ quảng bá hiệu quả cần quan tâm.
Hoạt động khuyến mãi cần được diễn ra với tần suất hợp lý, nên có những
chương trình khuyến mãi đa dạng và phong phú. Do hoạt động khuyến mãi tại BIDV
nhánh TTHuế chi xuyên suốt trên toàn ngân hàng, nên số lượng giải thưởng vẫn hạn
chế, nên có hướng khắc phục điều này vì tâm lý khách hàng tham gia luôn muốn nhận
được giải. Có thể chi nhánh nên có các giải phụ tặng vật phẩm: lịch, áo, mũ.vừa
quảng cáo cho thương hiệu BIDV chi nhánh Huế vừa khuyến khích khách hàng.
Cần có sự giới thiệu về chương trình khuyến mãi rộng rãi để mọi khách hàng
đều biết và tham gia; các băng rôn, apphich quảng cáo chương trình khuyến mãi cần
đầy đủ thông tin và treo ở những nơi thu hút sự chú ý nhiều người.
