Luận án Ảnh hưởng của niềm tin, cảm nhận rủi ro đến ý định mua thực phẩm của người tiêu dùng tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy niềm tin vào nhà bán lẻ siêu thị ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến cảm nhận rủi ro về mặt cảm xúc trong tình huống xảy ra sự cố ATTP (giả thuyết H2.17). Nói cách khác khi xảy ra sự cố ATTP, nếu niềm tin vào nhà bán lẻ siêu thị càng cao thì cảm nhận rủi ro về mặt cảm xúc càng thấp. Điều này hàm ý rằng khi xảy ra sự cố rủi ro ATTP, sẽ xuất hiện những cảm xúc lo lắng, sợ hãi, hoài nghi đối với người tiêu dùng, tuy nhiên những cảm xúc tiêu cực này có thể được cắt giảm nếu gia tăng được niềm tin của người tiêu dùng vào nhà bán lẻ siêu thị. Một khi người tiêu dùng có niềm tin cao vào nhà bán lẻ siêu thị thì nếu có xảy ra sự cố ATTP, người tiêu dùng cũng bớt được những cảm xúc tiêu cực như lo lắng hay sợ hãi. Do dó, các siêu thị cần phải tìm cách xây dựng niềm tin của người tiêu dùng đối với siêu thị bởi nếu xảy ra sự cố ATTP thì siêu thị sẽ là nơi giúp cắt giảm những cảm nhận rủi ro của người tiêu dùng khi họ mua thực phẩm tại đây. Vì vậy, hệ thống siêu thị cần phải nỗ lực tuân thủ một cách nghiêm túc các quy định của nhà nước và hơn nữa có thể hướng tới các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế để đảm bảo rằng tất cả các hàng hóa được bày bán trong siêu thị đều đảm bảo an toàn khi sử dụng
