Luận án Nghiên cứu đặc điểm sinh học và công nghệ nhân giống, nuôi trồng nấm sò vua (Pleurotus Eryngii) và nấm vân chi (Trametes Versicolor) ở Việt Nam
1. Kết quả đánh giá các chỉ ti u sinh trƣởng, phát tri n của 6 giống nấm
Sò vua (Pleurotus eryngii) và 2 giống nấm Vân chi (Trametes versicolor)
trong giai đoạn nuôi cấy thuần khiết và giai đoạn nuôi tr ng, đ tài đ ch n

(sinh trƣởng tốt nhất ở nhiệt đ 26 1

C, tốc đ
m c 296,3 - 319,4µm/h) và giống nấm Vân chi Tra1(sinh trƣởng tốt nhất ở
nhiệt đ 29

C, tốc đ m c 392,7µm/h và 390,5 µm/h) có tri n v ng,
th ch nghi với đi u kiện sinh thái Việt Nam.
2. Hệ số tƣơng đ ng di truy n của các chủng nấm Sò vua có giá trị thấp
nhất là ,64 giữa hai chủng E

và chủng E

Hệ số tƣơng đ ng cao nhất là hai
chủng E
3 và chủng E
4
với giá trị ,85 Có th chia thành 4 nhánh và tƣơng
đ ng với các đặc đi m sinh trƣởng và phát tri n của các chủng tƣơng ứng Hệ
số tƣơng đ ng di truy n của 2 chủng nấm Vân chi là hoàn toàn nhƣ nhau
3. Đi u kiện tối ƣu đ nhân giống nấm Sò vua E

dịch th ở giai đoạn
giống cấp 1: nhiệt đ nuôi s i 26 1ºC; môi trƣờng có giá trị pH = 6; công
thức môi trƣờng 5; chế đ lắc 16 vòng phút; tỷ lệ giống gốc s d ng đ cấy
là 3 % ống giống gốc 2 ml môi trƣờng; thời gian nuôi giống là 96 giờ
Trong giai đoạn giống trung gian: tốc đ s c kh ,7 lít không khí/lít môi
trƣờng phút; tỷ lệ giống cấp1 dùng đ cấy giống trung gian là 7% giống so
với môi trƣờng Giai đoạn giống thƣơng phẩm: công thức môi trƣờng th ch
