Để áp dụng quy trình đã xây dựng ở trên, chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu xác định HSCB của 03 acid mới, chưa có số liệu công bố về HSCB (Bảng 3.36). Đây là nhiệm vụ quan trọng đặt ra cho luận án. Các acid này đều là dẫn xuất của quinoline đã được tổng hợp, xác định cấu trúc (sử dụng phổ nhiễu xạ tia X đơn tinh thể, phổ hồng ngoại, phổ H1MNR, phổ C13NMR và phổ khối) và xác định độ tinh khiết (sử dụng phổ H1NMR và phân tích nhiệt) từ các công trình nghiên cứu của GS.TS. Nguyễn Hữu Đĩnh, PGS.TS. Lê Thị Hồng Hải và các cộng sự [63, 64]. Cả 03 acid nghiên cứu đều được điều chế và kết tinh trong môi trường acid mạnh
