Kết luận:
1/ Thành phần loài Nưa củ có chứa glucomannan ở miền núi phía Bắc Việt
Nam khá đa dạng với 6 loài bao gồm: Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch,
Amorphophallus corrugatus N. E. Br., Amorphophallus krausei Engl. & Gehrm,
Amorphophallus yunnanensis Engl. & Gehrm, Amorphophallus yuloensis H. Li,
Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson. Nưa konjac có hàm lượng
glucomannan cao nhất trong bột Nưa khô là 44,97%. Tiếp theo là Nưa yuloensis,
Nưa đầu nhăn, Nưa krausei và Nưa vân nam lần lượt là 30,7%; 28,6%; 29,2%;
25,97% và Nưa chuông thấp nhất (6,53%). Các loài này phân bố đa dạng theo các
độ cao, hướng phơi và đặc điểm sinh thái khác nhau. Những loài củ có hàm lượng
glucomannan cao thường phân bố ở những nơi có nhiệt độ trung bình hàng năm
thấp hơn các loài củ có hàm lượng glucomannan thấp. Trong số các loài Nưa củ có
glucomannan ở miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam thì loài Nưa konjac có những đặc điểm
triển vọng phát triển trồng và đem lại giá trị kinh tế cao.
Một số dân tộc vùng núi phía Bắc Việt Nam như Mông, Nùng, Sán Dìu, v.v. khai
thác củ từ tháng 7 đến tháng 11 hàng năm, củ thu về được rửa sạch đất, gọt vỏ, cắt
thành các lát mỏng và sấy khô bằng phơi nắng hoặc treo trên gác bếp đun. Củ Nưa
được chế biến thành một số món ăn như Đậu Phụ, Mỳ, Mò Gỉ, v.v.
2/ Thời điểm thu hái quả Nưa konjac là khi vỏ quả chín có màu đỏ cam. Hạt
sau khi thu hái và xử lý bảo quản hạt lạnh ở 50C cho hiệu quả tốt nhất. Thời gian
bảo quản càng dài, chất lượng hạt Nưa sẽ càng kém và đặc biệt là sau 6 tháng bảo
quản. Do hạt Nưa konjac khó nảy mầm cần xử lý hạt bằng ngâm hạt trong nước ấm
40-50°C trong 6 giờ, ủ và rửa chua sau đó gieo hạt vào trong cát khi cây có chiều
cao khoảng 5- 10 cm chuyển vào bầu đất.
Xử lý vết cắt củ khi thu hoạch bằng xi măng cho hiệu quả xử lý tốt nhất. Bảo
quản lạnh ở điều kiện 100C cho tỷ lệ củ nảy chồi cao nhất, số củ bị nhiễm bệnh thấp
nhất và tỷ lệ cây sống cao nhất.
Nhân giống Nưa konjac bằng kỹ thuật nuôi cấy mô tế bào, chồi đỉnh được
khử trùng tốt nhất khi sử dụng dung dịch Javen 60% (NaClO) trong 12 phút. Công
thức môi trường dinh dưỡng thích hợp nhất để tái sinh chồi Nưa konjac in vitro là119
MS + 2 mg/l BAP + 0,2 mg/l Kinetin + 8 g/l Agar + 30 g/l sucrose. Công thức môi
trường ra rễ tốt nhất là 1/2 MS + 8 g/l Agar + 14 g/l Sucrose + 0,4 mg/l IBA + 1 g/l
than hoạt tính. Giá thể thích hợp nhất cho trồng cây Nưa konjac in vitro là 50% đất
+ 30% cát + 20% trấu hun.
3/ Trồng Nưa konjac củ giống có khối lượng 70-100g độ che sáng phù hợp
nhất là 60%. Thời vụ trồng vào khoảng cuối tháng 3 đầu tháng 4 dương lịch. Mật độ
trồng 40.000 cây/ha (50x50cm) cho hiệu quả tốt nhất với năng suất 165,60 tạ/ha,
hàm lượng glucomannan 46,23%. Lượng phân NPK là 120 kg N + 50 kg P2O5 +
140 kg K2O trên 1 ha là công thức bón phân tốt nhất. Thời điểm thu hoạch cho hàm
lượng glucomannan cao nhất là khi 2/3 lá Nưa chuyển sang màu vàng.
Kiến nghị:
Việc nghiên cứu cây Nưa củ có glucomannan đã đạt được kết quả nhất định,
tuy nhiên kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án mới chỉ là bước đầu. Vì vậy, tác giả đề
nghị tiếp tục các nghiên cứu bảo tồn, nhân giống, lai tạo và phát triển loài Nưa
konjac ở Việt Nam, nhằm đưa cây Nưa konjac trở thành một cây trồng góp phần
phát triển kinh tế các tỉnh miền núi phía Bắc và các địa phương khác trong cả nước.
