Đồ án Nhân giống in vitro cây cỏ ngọt (stevia rebaudiana)
Rễ là một bộ phận quan trọng của cây. Nó có tác dụng hút nước, muối khoáng và
chất dinh dưỡng cung cấp cho cây sinh trưởng và phát triển. Do đó, trong việc tạo cây
in vitro hoàn chỉnh ta phải quan tâm đến bộ rễ của cây, tìm môi trường thật sự thích
hợp cho sự tạo và phát triển của rễ. Cây in vitro có bộ rễ khỏe thì mới có khả năng
sống trong điều kiện vườn ươm do khi chuyển từ điều kiện in vitro ra vườn ươm có sự
tác động mạnh mẽ đến cây con in vitro như: ẩm độ, ánh sáng, nhiệt độ, môi trường
thuần hóa không thích hợp, cây rất dễ bị chết.
