Luận án Nghiên cứu các nhân tố tác động đến sự hài lòng của khách du lịch mice nội địa tại Việt Nam - Lấy ví dụ điển hình tại thành phố Hải Phòng
Đào tạo nguồn nhân lực
+ Các cơ sở đào tạo có khoa đào tạo về du lịch nên thay đổi căn bản chương
trình đào tạo theo hướng quản trị các nghề trong du lịch để đáp ứng yêu cầu thực tiến
phát triển du lịch hiện nay, không nên đào tạo nhiều lý thuyết không sát với thực tế
khiến sinh viên ra trường khó ứng dụng vào thực tế tại doanh nghiệp.
+ Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao & Du lịch và Bộ Lao động Thương binh & Xã hội sớm
cho phép các trường chuyên đào tạo các nghề trong du lịch trong hệ thống cả nước
thành lập trung tâm sát hạch các nghề trong du lịch (trong đó có Quản trị du lịch
MICE) theo cùng bộ tiêu chí chấm điểm tương đồng với khu vực ASEAN và EU.
+ Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch đã ban hành Tiêu chuẩn kỹ năng nghề quốc
gia đối các nghề thuộc nhóm nghề du lịch từ ngày 5/3/2014 gồm 8 nghề: 1) Dịch vụ
Nhà hàng; 2) Kỹ thuật chế biến món ăn; 3) Quản trị Khách sạn; 4) Quản trị Khu
Resort; 5) Quản trị Dịch vụ giải trí, thể thao; 6) Hướng dẫn du lịch; 7) Quản trị Lữ
hành; 8) Quản trị du lịch MICE. Tuy nhiên, chưa thống nhất được bộ tiêu chuẩn chi
tiết cho từng nghề. Các cơ sở đào tạo có đào tạo chuyên ngành du lịch căn cứ vào Phân
tích nghề và Tiêu chuẩn kỹ năng nghề quốc gia của 8 nghề trong du lịch nêu trên xây
dựng chương trình đào tạo cho phù hợp đáp ứng yêu cầu thị trường về nguồn nhân lực
phục vụ du lịch nói chung và du lịch MICE nói riêng. Bộ Văn hóa Thể thao và Du lịch
phối hợp với Bộ Lao động Thương binh và Xã hội sớm ban hành bộ Tiêu chuẩn kỹ
năng nghề quốc gia phủ kín Tiêu chuẩn kỹ năng nghề ASEAN và VTOS nhằm đảm
bảo cho người học sau khi tốt nghiệp có thể hội nhập tham gia lực lượng lao động du
lịch trong khu vực và thế giới góp phần thúc đẩy chất lượng nguồn nhân lực du lịch
trong cả nước.
