Sự chuyển dịch năng lượng cộng hưởng Forster (FRET) là một tương tác phụ thuộc vào khoảng cách giữa các trạng thái kích thích electron của hai fluorophore, trong đó một fluorophore “cho” (donor) ở trạng thái electron bị kích thích, có thể chuyển năng lượng kích thích cho một fluorophore “nhận” (acceptor) gần đó, dưới hình thức không phát xạ (Hình 4.PL1), thông qua tương tác lưỡng cực - lưỡng cực tầm xa (long-range dipole-dipole interactions). Lý thuyết hỗ trợ quá trình chuyển giao năng lượng dựa trên khái niệm về xem xét một fluorophore ở trạng thái kích thích như một lưỡng cực dao động có thể trải qua một cuộc trao đổi năng lượng với một lưỡng cực thứ hai có một tần số cộng hưởng tương tự. Trong quá trình FRET, đầu tiên fluorophore “cho” hấp thụ năng lượng kích thích của ánh sáng tới và chuyển năng lượng kích thích đến một fluorophore “nhận” gần đó.

Quá trình phân tích nhiễu xạ tia X được thực hiện trên thiết bị Rigaku R-axis rapid IP diffractometer. Dữ liệu được thu thập trên thiết bị giác kế Bruker SMART D8, với detector APEX CCD, sử dụng bức xạ Mo-Kα, λ= 0,71073 Å (bộ đơn sắc graphite) tại Phòng thí nghiệm của GS. TS.
