Luận án Nghiên cứu phát sinh loài, phân loại và đặc điểm các chủng vi khuẩn Acetic kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật phân lập tại các tỉnh phía Nam Việt Nam

1. Nghiên cứu phát sinh loài đã phân loại và định danh được 141 chủng phân lập và chọn lọc theo định hướng thuộc nhóm kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật từ nguồn mẫu đất quanh vùng rễ, rễ, thân, lá và gié hoa ở các khu vực canh tác lúa và mía của một số tỉnh phía nam Việt Nam. Trong tổng số chủng phân lập được có 120 chủng thuộc nhóm cố định đạm và 21 chủng chuyển hóa lân tan. Các chủng này được phân loại vào 6 chi trong họ Acetobacteraceae. Chi hiện diện nhiều nhất là Asaia với 59 chủng. Tiếp theo là chi Nguyenibacter với 40 chủng và chi Gluconacetobacter với 34 chủng. Chi Acetobacter có 5 chủng. Chi Tanticharoenia có 2 chủng. Chi Neoasaia có số chủng ít nhất là 1 chủng. Định danh đến cấp độ loài đối với 35 chủng thuộc các chi Acetobacter (1 loài), Gluconacetobacter (3 loài), Neoasaia (1 loài), Tanticharoenia (1 loài) và Nguyenibacter (1 loài). 2. Phát hiện thêm 3 loài thuộc nhóm vi khuẩn acetic kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật. Trong đó hai loài Ng. vanlangensis và N. chiangmaiensis công bố trước đây không thuộc nhóm này và A. sacchari là loài mới công bố từ kết quả định danh hai chủng VTH-Ai14 và VTH-Ai15 phân lập ở Bình Phước. - Loài Ng. vanlangensis là vi khuẩn acetic kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật có đặc tính cố định đạm, chuyển hóa lân, kẽm về dạng hòa tan, sinh tổng hợp auxin phụ thuộc Ltryptophan và kích thích tăng cường biểu hiện gen kháng bệnh pr-1 ở Ar. thaliana PR1::Gus. - Loài N. chiangmaiensis thuộc nhóm vi khuẩn kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật do sinh trưởng được ở môi trường vô đạm LGI và tạo auxin với sự hiện diện của Ltryptophan. - Loài A. sacchari là vi khuẩn acetic kích thích sinh trưởng thực vật do có đặc điểm chuyển hóa kẽm về dạng hòa tan, sinh auxin phụ thuộc L-tryptophan và cố định đạm.
