Luận án Nghiên cứu thương hiệu tổ chức và thương hiệu cá nhân trong lĩnh vực báo chí tại Việt Nam

Từ quá trình NC, kết hợp với kinh nghiệm thực tiễn, xin khuyến nghị một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển THBC tại Việt Nam: Một là, các cơ quan BC cần có chiến lược/kế hoạch phát triển song song THTC và THCN. Trong một cơ quan BC có nhiều cá nhân nhà báo có TH sẽ góp phần làm cho giá trị TH của cơ quan BC đó tăng lên. Ngược lại, nếu làm việc trong các cơ quan BC có TH, cá nhân các nhà báo thường có TH hơn những nhà báo làm việc trong các cơ quan BC không có TH. Hai là, các cơ quan BC nên đẩy mạnh đào tạo chuyên ngành BC cho đội ngũ nhà báo. Các kiến thức chuyên ngành giúp cho nhà báo am hiểu hơn về BC, có tính khoa học, hệ thống về lý luận BC. Ba là, mỗi cơ quan BC, cá nhân các nhà báo cần có sự hiểu biết về THBC. Từ đó, cùng với việc tổ chức khảo sát, NC một cách khoa học sẽ có sự nỗ lực phát triển TH. Bốn là, Chính phủ sớm hoàn tất Đề án Quy hoạch BC. Sau khi xác định rõ mô hình hoạt động, CQBC nào tồn tại, cơ quan nào sáp nhập hay giải thể, Chính phủ cần có chiếnlược phát triển BC, trong đó chú trọng đến vấn đề nghiên cứu và phát triển TH trong lĩnh vực BC. Năm là, cần thành lập các trung tâm NC, hỗ trợ phát triển THBC. Trong đó, cần có sự tham gia của các trường đại học, viện, trung tâm NC, các CQBC để hỗ trợ cho các tổ chức, cá nhân có nhu cầu phát triển THBC. Sáu là, TPHCM cần chủ động hơn trong NC, phát triển một số mô hình THBC trong lĩnh vực BC. TPHCM là địa phương đang trực tiếp quản lý 38 cơ quan BC- nhiều nhất và có quy mô lớn nhất trong cả nước, trong đó có nhiều cơ quan BC có TH.Tại TPHCM hiện nay có khoảng 9.000 nhà báo được cấp thẻ nhà báo, trong đó có nhiều nhà báo có TH và hàng chục ngàn sinh viên, cộng tác viên BC. Bên cạnh đó, tại TPHCM còn có nhiều trường đại học lớn với lực lượng chuyên gia, nhà nghiên cứu về lĩnh vực BC có uy tín. Trong thời gian tới, TPHCM cần tổ chức các cuộc hội thảo về THTC và THCN trong lĩnh vực BC. Qua đó sẽ đúc kết các lý luận và thực tiễn về TH trong lĩnh vực BC; làm nền tảng để NC và phát triển THBC trong tương lai. Bảy là, mỗi nhà báo cần chủ động, tích cực trong việc tìm hiểu, học tập, NC về THBC nói chung, THCN nói riêng. Trong đó, cần tích cực tham gia các hội thảo, tọa đàm, trao đổi kinh nghiệm về THBC để có nhận thức đúng và đầy đủ hơn về THCN, các YTTĐ đến THCN, MQH giữa THTC và THCN. Mỗi nhà báo cũng cần có ý thức hơn về giá trị TH cơ quan BC mà mình đang làm việc và THCN của chính mình. Đồng thời phải luôn suy nghĩ, trăn trở về sự phát triển của THBC, trong đó có THCN của chính mình và các đồng nghiệp. Mỗi nhà báo phải tự xây dựng một kế hoạch, lộ trình phát triển THCN. Điều quan trọng là kế hoạch, lộ trình của cá nhân mỗi nhà báo phải phù hợp với kế hoạch phát triển TH của CQBC nơi mình công tác.Tám là, các CQBC nên đầu tư NC, hoặc phối hợp với các trường đại học, các viện NC nhằm NC bài bản, khoa học về THBC nói chung, THCN nói riêng. Trong quá trình NC, cần chú trọng NC về MQH giữa THTC và THCN; các YTTĐ đến THCN trong lĩnh vực. Từ sự NC, hiểu biết sâu sắc và có cơ sở khoa học đó, mỗi cơ quan BC cần xây dựng một kế hoạch tổng thể về TH trong tương lai. Với các giải pháp nêu trên, nếu triển khai đồng bộ, quyết liệt sẽ nâng cao THBC, góp phần quan trọng vào quá trình phát triển của hệ thống BC của Việt Nam. 5.3. HẠN CHẾ VÀ CÁC NC TIẾP THEO 5.3.1. Hạn chế của NC Bên cạnh những đóng góp, đề tài cũng còn hạn chế như: Mặc dù đã có sự kết nối với các CQBC, cá nhân các nhà báo ở khắp các vùng miền của đất nước, nhưng kết quả khảo sát phần lớn tập trung vào đối tượng nhà báo đang sống, làm việc tại TPHCM. TPHCM là trung tâm BC lớn nhất cả nước, là nơi tập trung lực lượng nhà báo đông đảo nhất nước với hơn 9.000 nhà báo được cấp thẻ, là nơi tập trung các nhà báo có quê quán ở cả ba miền Nam, Trung, Bắc, là nơi có nhiều nhà báo kinh nghiệm, tên tuổi.Tuy nhiên, vì đề tài xác định phạm vi ”lĩnh vực BC tại Việt Nam” nên kết quả khảo sát chưa đạt được tính đại diện toàn diện như mong muốn. Một số biến quan sát trong thang đo THCN không nên để nhà báo tự đánh giá về mình vì có thể không đảm bảo tính khách quan. 5.3.2. Các NC tiếp theo Các NC sau có thể tiếp tục NC về các yếu tố bên trong như sự lôi cuốn, sự thu hút, sự tin cậy, tin tưởng. Các NC tiếp theo có thể NC về THCN trong các lĩnh vực khác như: giáo dục, y tế, kinh doanh... Các NC tiếp theo có thể NC về mối quan hệ hai chiều giữa các thành phần của THTC với nhau và sự tác động của THCN đối với THTC; sự tác động của THCN đối với từng thành phần của THTC.
